I contacted the JioFiber and the technician that came to house said, new Jio Router has higher range. So I want the new router, Jio is providing but the problem is, they said, I won't get setup box with 399 plan, I would have to go to either 499 or 599 plan. My TV is not smart TV. I need setup box for jiotv and youtube. So I wanted to ask can I not refund my current connection and use the setup box with postpaid connection? Jio is no longer providing new prepaid connections.
I have tried using extender, but it creates problems, my set up box get blocked from time to time and I have to do reset to make it work again, which is annoying. Technician said it's because of extender.
