Syrotech Sy-GPON 1320 router disconnecting continuously on mobile, work fine on laptop

Recently I have shifted from 7 digital network to ION, I am going to use the same router ( Syrotech SY-GPON 1320 ) which I brought for 7 Digital network.
but after configuring it for ION not it's giving me strange issue. whenever I connect my mobile to wifi its disconnecting and reconnecting continuously for the interval of 1 -2 second. there is not issue with the mobile and it work fine with other wifi. further when I connected the laptop it work find and don't show any disconnection issue.
I try to ping the router IP 192.168.1.1 from terminal and it work fine there.

Is your internet connection itself stable? No issues? Maybe your internet is actually disconnecting frequently hence the concern.
Do a ping test on WIFI and wired.
ping 8.8.8.8 -t

Cellular devices are known to instantly disconnect from WIFI if the internet connection is unstable.
