I think TP-Link one will be better as it provides more features. I have D-Link 2750u, it's decent but does not have extra features which are there on the tp link one
I have mtnl only in my area. Fed up with tikona. Is t link 8968 good for mtnl. Many are saying it has bugs. I don't know technically what bugs are too. Which version to buy? I'm not tech savy . tell me which is reliable for mtnl? Can u elaborate differences between two? Please suggest the better among two
TP-Link 8968 is good enough for MTNL Triband, it can be used as only as a wifi router (for cable internet) or as a modem cum wifi router for an ADSL connection (via tel line) like MTNL or BSNL and via a 3G dongle which you insert in the USB port. I am using ver 3 but currently ver 4 is available but remember that upto ver 3 the USB port is ver 2 & not 3. So people who have used it for connecting a ext HDD (for backups) or 3G have been disappointed
Which is a better ver I don’t really know. Its upto you for most users a 2 in 1 unit is good enough but you want to use a third party firmware then a two separate unit is preferred
Does anyone have a D-Link DSL 2750U U1 firmware for India IN 1.08 - The img/bin file of firmware
