Not much help from The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) trying to search for "dyslexia child special needs" etc in the plot keywords... some hits but nothing definitive...

It is a story by Amol Gupte. He was supposed to direct it, with AK producing the same. But Aamir Khan took over the direction part. Created quite a bit of controversy some time ago. Anyway, since AK is associated with it, should check it out.
