Yeah. Looks like a revenge story wherein Paresh Rawal tortures the main characters (and the audience) for 2+ hours as a punishment for that ragging.

Waqt Hamara Hai was a comedy. I cannot remember the name of this movie in which suniel shetty spends the entire movie befriending akshay kumar only to tell him in the end that he was responsible for his sister's death few years ago. maybe i am just confused. bad memory and all that. :struggle:
