Tablet with 3G SIM slot

My cousin needs a tablet (7 or 9inch) with a 2G/3G SIM slot for data. Calling is not required. (Should be a sim slot and not 3G dongle support)
Please suggest an economical brand which has good reliability. Kindly exempt Galaxy Tab, iPad and Xperia Tabs as they are beyond budget.
