Tamil Nadu Circle or Chennai Circle

I plan to Move to BBG Combo ULD 1700 plan, where 100GB for Tamil nadu circle.
I have one doubt, i am in Chennai, is this 100GB availbe for me, or Chennai has seperate circled called Chennai cirlce.
