they are not really PROMISING anything. they are just blabbering shit about it. 21mbps is the theoritical upper speed on the technology they are using. the fact remains, even if our service providers provided speeds that EDGE is capable of, a lot of us would not have to wait for 3G. 3G is likely to improve the lower end of the speeds. but at what price? thousands of crores have been spent on the spectrum. government is richer. the end user suffers with higher pricing of the service.

yes it is not possible to give 21mbps , but docomo network is much better than bsnl3g one ,

on the price front , i think it should be on par with 2g or less than 2g , Data price i can not comment right know , it may be high or may be low

For now i m not agree with admin , that 3g service will be costlier , india is huge country , if they manage to survive they have keep price down , an otherwise , other operator are also ready to sing a song

Typical marketing crap loaded on unsuspecting consumers waiting for 3G..!!BSNL 3G for that matter easily gives 2.2-3.0 Mbps speed in Bangalore. Not sure about all areas.2GB file, almost done downloading in 2hr 29 mts.:wewin:Again....No FUP (Fair Usage) neither a stupid 100Mb limit..
