Tata Docomo offers Handset Bundle offer on Nokia Lumia devices

I had got this offer automatically enabled when I used my Tata Docomo SIM with my Samsung Omnia W in June last year.
I had got 3GB data for 3 Months.
I am wondering if I buy new Lumia now, would I get this offer on my same Tata Docomo connection leasantry:
