Virus: Download and Upload Speeds are good Download= 60+ always and Upload= 70+ whenever I got the green tick at the bottom of UTorrent.

Note: Speed fluctuates :(:frown:

facing the same problem buddy posted a new thread but no1 seems to be replying..but to get the green tick u need to pester tata guys and tell them ur ports are not forwarded till they send their backend ppl to ur house..

show them what u torrent port checker says and tell them it might get fixed wwith static ip ..ull be given static ip then i guess...

some more height to Starmax 2100 may help us signal quality right now gettin 21 or 22 not more then that what you think

U r using tata Wi-Max connection with DHCP. That DHCP is for ur local LAN & actually NAT out urs & others in ur area, hence ports are being blocked. ur DHCP ip is not your global IP.They will never open ports in that LAN.This prob will be solved only if u get a static IP (Global IP). you will have to shell out Rs. 2000.00 more for getting one.Trust me, headbanging with CC/technical engineer will not work. They r following this practice in Wi-Max.

you are right buddy, i think my MTNL is far better then Wi-Max paying 1299/- monthly plan 512Kbps_UL [500 calls Free:p] with one static IP:wewin:

Frenz, I am also facing same problem of Utorrent Port error. There must be a solution. I downloaded the latest Utorrent beta client but still same error. Some pro tech guy help plz..

Frenz, I talked to Customer care and they replied me following:"Sir, your IP has been caped. Please avoid downloading for 10 days and then your port error problem will be solved"Is this the correct solution or the TATA CC guys doing Time pass. Give your reviews frenz.

CC is crap ! get yourself migrated to a plan with free static ip and get a static ip assigned to your PC/laptop. this will solve all Port forwarding problems

Hi Merc, I agree with you but i dont have any another option now as my billing cycle starts from 1st of every month. If i change my bill blan to static ip then it will gonna take month.
