Need help! Can somebody guide me how to get out of following issue with Tata Indicom Boradband in Bangalore.
We have placed order for 2 MBPS broadband connection on 28th March, 2007. Till now we have not got the connection, whenever we call customer support no 6060 7070, the executives gives all wrong information.
Finally I have asked them to cancel and repay our payments still they have not payed.
