The below complaint not resolved upto today. I didnt pay the subscription for that month because they not resolved the problem
But without resolving the problem they added fine for the next month and added with the previous charge and asking for payment
through telephone
Are you (tata indicom photon plus) running bussiness or begging to the customers in new way?
When I contacted Nodal Officier they told me no complaint registered under this no. then who is this person (shiva kumar) annonymus answering through e-mail on behalf of customer care?
