Tata Sky Disconnection Procedure

I am not happy with my Tata Sky services, so planning to change provider. I sent email to tata sky asking disconnection procedure one month back,

today i received call from call center, my tata sky account has balance of 3000+, if I discontinue now I am not goining to get any amount back as Tata sky policy will not provide any refund. it is part of terms and condistions we have signed.

is it true? I agree that they may not pay digi box amount + installation amount what I paid, but the balance should be paid back to me.

after arguing call center guy, he said after enquiry about this with his manager he will call me back.

please any one knows the procedure let me know.

if that is the case, the yearly subcription scheem is to bind the people with there network, it is always better to recharge only 1 month subcription amount. if that is the case what TRAI is doing?

Yes, I am going to do same, use till the balance is available after that throw it. today again TS CC called and explained they are coming out with new pricing, it is in final approval stage, hold on for some more time.....But i dont have any hope on TS.

No Hopes, they will increase the money..anyways, i'm waiting till 1st october.. then will decide on to dump or to use Tata Sky with dish for FTA :dance:

price rise is actually a hope, ur balance wud vanish faster!!! and u can get rid of TS faster

If anyone ask Tata Sky 4 disconnection due 2 other operater giving same package in less price. Do they offer any discount
