Tata Sky DTH Active Sports --- Sleeping

This time Tata Sky is worst in providing active sports....with their worst service and presentation and content in active sports.

My guess is that actve content like multiple camera angles and highlights are to be provided by the broadcaster and not by DTH operator. So neither Dish nor TS has any controls on that. Multiple angles, I have seen only when the match is on Max. So its not TS is worse this time, its NEO at its worse this time.
 
I think it is actually a very good idea if we can subscribe sports package for 1 month or for limited period because we watch this channels only while live matches are telecasted, otherwise this channels (NEO-Cricket particularly) are of no use (useless!). It will be like pay-per-view in US where the Cricket channels are activatd by people only for some matches or particular series

In Tata Sky we dont have to subscribe a package to a minumum period say 1 month or so. We can change the package at any time and it will be effected immediately. They deduct the charges daily on the package that is active on that day. So if there is good sports event in Neo Sports, then we can subscribe to the Gold sports package only during the period.

Last year when I bought TS, initially (by default) I was put in the Jumbo (the old jumbo and not the south jumbo). Then I changed to Starter 160 rs /m, then to South Starter and then to South Value. In all of these I was charged on a daily basis.

In that case, is it possible for a channel to remain a Pay channel only when live match is going on and FTA during rest of the time. Anyways, who will pay when Live telecast is not going on.
 
If they can provide neo sports separately it will be gr8 ... We can subscribe to it only when there r test matches ... One days will be at DD :D

All test matches played in India will be on DD.

A Pay channel cannot be a FTA channel. When there is no live match and if a user dont subscribe to the channel, then the user will not get the channel. It is like pay for what you watch.

Naa... I think only ODI will be on DD ...
After watching the T20 matches ODIs seems to be too slow to hang on for a day, imagine about test matches. Its better to watch the eod highlights of test matches. In any case India matches whether its ODI or T20 it'll surely be in DD hereafter.
