Tata Sky DTH: Cashback on recharge above Rs. 301

The banner on the TV says that a recharge of 301 and above before the due date will give a cashback of Rs. 15 per month. However, I am not able to find the detailed T & C regarding the same. Did someone check with customer care on this offer?

Rs 15 will be added to your account and kids pack one month will be added free.

I was told by customer care that for a recharge of Rs. 301/-, an additional credit of Rs. 15/- would be given, once a month. Which means if I recharge for Rs. 301/- or above twice in a month, I will get only Rs. 15/- extra for that month. To avail the same benefit next month, I will have to recharge again with Rs. 301/- or more.

How much time does it take to get the cashback ?I recharged yesterday with Rs. 350 but haven't got any cash back yet !
