Tata Sky DTH: Digicomp not receiving signal, it's not even raining here, what's up?

Nevermind, the signal is back now. anyone know why the signal was out for more than an hour??

No hard feelings but I cannot resist!I have a solution for this..When it is raining, please keep an umbrella for your TS dish, poor thing when you need shelter doesnt it need? :-P :-PAnd for your case breakyo, have you given it some paraacetamol like colgin or crocin? Hey!! why dont you understand that even TS can become sick (oops err.. i mean fall sick) :) :) :)Now dont get angry :) Cheer up! be happy! enjoy life :) hehehe

Hey buddy,do thses things,1. check the connection between DigiComp and Dish, if they r loose try to tighten them2. Try to change the direction or the tilt orientation of Dish3. Call the Customer Care. :wewin:
 
yes,this year the problem has increased a lot,untill last year there used to be a signal loss of about 2-3 mins or 5 mins max..even if it rained for the entire day,but now we have to wait till the rain stops completely...there is another thread which says that Tata Sky customers are facing a lot of problems during rain than other dth providers....and it also stated that when the newspaper company tried calling vikram kaushik for the same but he did not answer calls to his cellphone.
