strange
I used to send emails to them regularly..
The last one i sent was cc to all the media email's i had.. Here it is..
To The Media:
Please look at the complete mail below about the complaints that i had made. I had asked about something, but the reply has no answer to my query.
Tata Sky then claims to have the best customer service, This is what they offer to the customer. Even thugs loot u in front of ur eyes, But TataSky makes u pay for having been looted.
This mail is not only my experience, but the state of the other 2 million customers.
Many other problems related to tataSky, Please reply in case u require any further information about how
Tata has managed to be the 6th most reputed company around the world. TataSky is the best example, Nano to come!!

Thanks for closing the query that i had put through email.
I have not received any reply from u guys on the query, just the auto closure
Please read the complete case below, to the questions i had asked and the answers u had given.
In a constant endeavour to disappoint the customers, tatasky is in constant efforts to automate the whole service reply, with the use of templates or closing queries that have not been responded to.
U guys simply avoid the questions that require indepth replies. Thanks for having made me realised that i should have been a fool to have applied for the sevice and recharge the account with 2000Rs at once. TataSky simpley rocks.
I'm going to suggest something to the government to save the environment:
"Apart from the seperate bins for degradable and non degradable waste, Please add one more bin for the TataSky set top box, dishes, the manuals, the wires etc. These bins can be emptied outside the TataSky office in lower parel, So that the rich guys at TataSky can earn more money from the rubbish!! "
Thanks for sucking my blood, Now i have nothing to donate. Even the money is gone!

This is what i had sent, They had to call me to save their *&*.
They have the cell phone no, but they called twice on the landline, when i was not available. Finally sunday, 7pm .. A call on the cellphone. And they said that the channels will remain even after September.
But i think they still doubt their commitment. They will surely come up with some thing even more weird :evil:.
