You don't know about their service. First hami call the CC and tell what happend. Without knowing how can you tell TS ccs are fake

Since you seem so confident about Tata Sky's service, let me share a bit of my experience. Tata Sky has no policy of giving refunds. Wait, that's not what I am telling, but what the Customer Service representatives told me when I asked them to refund money for the 2 days I could not watch TV due to their sub standard equipment. First call, they point blank rejected. I had to follow up with 3 tickets, and 2 phone calls to get the refund of Rs. 20 and some change. All this was done in a manner as if they were doing me a favour. But it isn't about the money. It is about ethics. Which Tata Sky simply doesn't have.
