Tata Sky DTH: Optional Packages are now to be subscribed for minimum period of 90 days

Poor Packaging again.

Lets send them a mass mail regarding this act. Ive already done via website portal. Just copy/ paste dis and make some changes.

Please send via Portal when they call blast them like anything.

On checking the packages section in the website Ive found dat now its mandatory to opt optional packages for minimum of 90 days. Again such a poor decision why shud be opt of 90 days if we only want for one month or 2 months.

Please revert back the mindless decison u have taken or else there are other DTH service providers in the market which provide better packs for the customers.
 
Good move... But i dont think they wud change.... Now they are used to it.. They like to harass their customers..

Tata Sky people now has stopped replying to me.. They also close my queries without readdressal... Wat to do???

Guys just got a call from the CC, a lady spoke to me she said that the Add on packs can be deactivated after 30 days too. Also she said that the add on packs can be taken for quarterly period (90 days) which they have not mentioned properly. Lets wait for sometime.
 
Haha... They are fast losing the competition here. They got only 420 K of the nearly 2.5M subscribers this fiscal year so far, joint third with Sun Direct, behind market leader by a distance Dish TV, and new entrant Airtel. It is only a matter of time before they sell this division to some other company.
 
That's very bad move, first they already have very poor and expensive Packages now this act, to harras their customers. Tat Sky will surely loose their customers with this pathetic act.
