Do not compare Tata Sky with Dish tv. Even the brand ambassador of dish tv knows that I guess:grin:

There should be a strong reason as to why SRK uses Tata Sky. Tata Sky is a strong brand in the dth market :clap:

He might have got is as gift. There is nothing for us to cheer if some Khan uses some DTH. We want value for money which is missing in TS.

If so why pixelation happens in India, as I myself saw no pixelation on a 52" plasma screen(samsung) at my uncle's home in UK, and that too 3 years ago, and we are having problem with 32" LCD screens.My point is either TATASKY & SKY Uk, are not using same hardware or we in India getting poor service as other sectors also.

Some members are complaining of pixelation on Tata Sky DTH in some channels.
My experience is like this.

Hardware used by TATASKY & SKY is not same. Its only software & Menu/graphics of both which is bit similiar. So based on Hardware/Software we can't relate service offered by TATASKY & SKY.
Besides SKY in UK has 4 satellites and hence has more bandwidth, so channels are less compressed giving good video quality even on 52" TV. But TATASKY compress the video due to less TP bandwidth, so video appears pixellated on bigger TVs.
