Tata Sky+ DTH Service: "Remote TV" settings in hidden settings menu of TS+

Hi,I checked in the hidden settings in TS+ and found out an option of "Remote TV" with options On and Off. Anyone figured out what this is for:huh:?

I am talking of Remote TV and not remote record.

Dude, you can't watch your TV sitting in a remote location, but you can record that if the facility is activated. So that was my best guess. Thanks.

We don't get it for retail, but may be in the gray market or get from us and keep paying them by us credit card...But it difinitely works in India as my boss has it at home.

I checked abt the sling box on net and it costs around 15K. Is it that costly than STB?

might be worthwhile to know that in default settings...your rewind time is 45 mins on a channel...this could be extended to 90 mins!

You were right...airtel has launched PVR with remote tv wherein you can start recording from mobile phone if you are not at home....
