Maybe you called during peak time. I always have this problem with Dell etc.. The best time to call is around 4pm. Very little traffic and you get through faster. This is my experience.

how silly.do we call CC for timepass that we need to wait for clock to click to 4?
If i have problem with TS at 9am and i want to get it solved shall i wait till 4pm.How rubbish of thought.

good idea. If it is still busy at 4pm we can call them next day evening 4pm. now we know why you always support them as you dont have time to watch TV as it wont come at all as u keep waiting for 4pm everyday
no man they will wait for a day and call only by 4p.m even if its an emergency and save money but they are losing everything in TS and when will they realise it and save their money:huh:
