There are multiple low-profile MSOs throughout India offering IPTV services. The number of subscribers is nowhere close to DTH and cable TV though.

I don't know if this is a mere coincidence or if anything to do with Namkaran, but TS pushed update for Netflix 2-3 days after which it became available for use. This was not the case when I purchase Binge+.
