Let the count down begin..
I am getting impatient to see the boxing day test match. I like aussie cricket and telecast. But as far as pitches are concerned, I like South African pitches which are most balanced and equally help bowlers and batsman. They are just 270-280 runs pitches in ODI and fate of the match is not decided by toss. 2003 World Cup was best organised WC ever and matches were also interesting unlike 2007 WC matches. Grounds in SA are also good, not too big and not too small. They dry quickly after heavy rains also.
After SA, certainly AUS have the best venues. I like one thing that after so many years of playing cricket, they have kept the number of venues limited and so there is a history and legacy attached to every venue. Its only the Cricket in AUS that makes me wake up at 3 am.
