Tata Sky to significantly REDUCE package cost ?!!!!!!!

As already said before I was planning to move to TS from Dish TV. But I had cancelled my plan as I saw the gignatic list of missing channels in TS. It was a shocker.

But my dealer again told me that by Diwali, TS will telecast more channels than Dish TV and Videocon D2H, including FM channels. If Ts fails to add these channels they will substantially reduce the subscription cost of all packages to survive tough competition from Dish TV and D2H.

Any idea to anybody? Please help.

Tata Sky may not have more channels than dish tv,But it is far better in terms of quality compared to dish tv.Any day quality over quantity for me.

U cannot get FTA channels in any DTH except D2H.

Tata Sky have just launched their so called 'True Choice' packages, you can check them out and see if its cheaper for you compared to Dish TV. I doubt there's going to be another significant change is packages soon.

Cost of packages seems to be fine except the sports channels !They charge heavily for it.

Those Dish TV subscribers always get FTA channels. It doesn't matter where they are coming from as long as you can watch it without any difficulty from the comfort of your home dear.
