Hi all,
Today whilst speaking to the Tata Sky Help(less) line, I automatically got disconnected after receiving a voice prompt that I had exceeded the maximum time. This was exactly after 5 minutes.
I had used my cell phone to call that Toll Free no. and it takes some repeated attempts to actually connect.
Anyway has anyone experienced this or can make a call to check if this happens?
The Toll free Help(less) line no. is 1800-180-6633.
If this is true and confirmed, it is indeed disappointing.
