That was tir for tat from TS...everyone was cutting their prices on normal STB's and make TS Bleed so TS gave them their own medicine....reduced the price so low that it will hurt every other HD operation....and if you can sustain to lose money for a long time and make your competitors do the same evetually they will have to shut shop and you get no competition at the end.

^ TS isn't doing particularly well to be able to play the price game that well. It was in their interests to be the 'exclusive' provider.

and they have never competed on the price front from what i have seen. when you are paying aamir khan to be your brand ambassador, it is hard for you to stay competitive price-wise.

I doubt anyone took TS since Amir Khan was their brand ambassador. They should stop these delusions and try to save cost.

well the fact remains aamir khan ad campaign has been a very strong point in the marketing of Tata Sky... no other company has managed to do as good.
