Tele Marketing calls

hi I have subscirbed to DND long time back but I keep getting life insurance calls from Relaince life insureance .....SBI life insurance and Kotak on my landine ??


There is a site anyone tried this as I have done the 1909 more than a yr back......has anyone got the Rs 500 or Rs 1000

and on my cell phone I keep getting calls from crappy india infoline ppl and other co. who want me to do online trading so I could loose more money.....I obviously have DND activated on my cell but still keep getting the calls.....

the new rules were postponed because BSNL SOBs were not ready with the infrastructure.

Get a docket number from your Service Provider . They will surely take action against the Tele Marketers . If you didn't get satisfactory resolution within 7 working days, you can approach Nodal Officer with that Docket Number .

ok landline no. I was talking about is from MTNL and its my grandma who has to go through all the trouble which just makes me all the more angry about it.....there is a no. 1909 where one can lodge a complaint against tele marketing no. which I did they told me that they will block this number however I forgot the take the complaint no.....

Ya, Its applicable to landline number too. Bt if you don't have docket number them also you can approach Nodal Officer with Date of complaint if it is not solved within 7 days.I had blocked almost 8-9 telemarketers number in last 7-8 months

BSNL and Reliance are pain in the Ass !!

BSNL is always there to mesmerise our lives, but this time Reliance is ready for the new rules. They are ready with the SMS and Voice scrubbing mechanism. Testing had already been done . Although there is delay in Telemarketing Rule implementation, but this time Trail had actually come up with wonderful way to curb the telemarketers. As soon as its implemented, we are going to be releaved totally .
