Telegram and Some other websites not workin in BSNL FTTH

Hi,
Telegram app and some other website not opening, how to reslove this issue iam using bsnl ftth.
Telegram in connecting state, website showing error "took too long to respond" but same site and telegram worklng fine in bsnl mobile data.

Could be a temporary isolated issue. Working fine on my end. Try using a different DNS if you are on BSNL DNS.

yes, it was not working from yesterday 10 PM I have informed to LCO in the morning and later it was resolved between 1-2 PM but still there are some routing and data latency issues which is not fixed hopefully they will fix it soon.

@AJweb It does happen on BSNL DNS so @sloj isn't wrong in assuming DNS first..
Basically, if it isn't DNS then only we troubleshoot further..
Btw, I see you're from Hyderabad and I was wondering how BSNL performs there. Can you give me a short review?

Usually works on ipv4, try to disable ipv6 and then connect

@anandharaja can you set MTU to lower value in your main BSNL device (modem, ONU, router whatever) like MTU = 1400 (or even lower like 1300 if no fix) instead of the usual 1492 ? I remember similar issue I faced years ago when I was on BSNL and reducing MTU fixed it for me.

Plus if you search and able to find other threads here in the forum, there might be older posts with similar results, if I remember properly.
