tbh. telegram blockage is likely to expand in future. i would seriously recommend starting using mtproto on telegram. government doesn't like telegram coz they do not have local presence so they cannot be threatened.

It's a TCP reset attack. Easily bypassed if you used an encrypted DNS provider. Use 1.1.1.1 official app on your phone.

I have been using Cloudflare on all my devices including my router. Never saw anything blocked since.
