Telegram Web isn't working on Airtel (Delhi) for a couple of days, loads fine with VPN.

I am on IPv4, and using web.telegram.org/z and /k. Both seems to be back as working.
That was weird.

Ok, so now I am having issues with both desktop and Android app both not updating/opening.
Not working even on Proton VPN.
