Telephone number format to be entered in My Postpaid Orders page.

Hi All,I gave a written request to change my plan from Home 500 to BB Home UL 750. I want to check the plan change status in My Postpaid Orders page of the portal.Please anyone let me know in which format i need to enter my telephone number. For example if my STD Code is 0422 and my number is 2XXXXXX. Then do i need to enter like 04222XXXXXX?
 
Enter it as 422#2xxxxxx. No need to enter customer ID. Only phone no. is enough.
