Temporary Holi gift from MTNL

First let me ask if anybody had a temporary increase in their download speed to 2mbps for the last 24 hours?I am currently on 512kbps UL plan. The dialler automatically got disconnected & reconnected yesterday around 12:00 AM and when I checked my download speed using speedtest I was pleasantly surprised to see my download speed at 1.75mbps.But sadly the joy was short-lived. Exactly at 12:00AM today the dialler got disconnected & reconnected only to revert the download speed to my entitled speed.But nonetheless I utilised the godsend opportunity to the fullest.

Taking into consideration what socrates said, it appears that Golden Hours are a result of Happy Hours
