Teracom modem wifi works only on one internet device

I have Teracom modem WiFi with BSNL internet and it only works on a single device. If a single mobile phone is using internet then on any other device it will not work . i don't know what is the problem ,whether its the modem connectivity is low or anything else .Plzz someone help me out.

Enable DHCP server in modem configuration.

Enabling DHCP helps.
