The following terms and conditions are in addition
to the Terms & Conditions of the Videocon D2h
Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and if there are
any contradictions between the two, these terms
and conditions shall govern for the limited purpose
as mentioned below. 1. This offer is for A-La-Carte selection of Channels.
By this offer Videocon D2h subscribers can choose
individual channel to make his/her own A-La-Carte
pack.
2. The subscriber needs to select channels such that
aggregate minimum subscription value of selected channels is Rs.150/- per month (excluding
applicable taxes).
3. Minimum subscription period for the same shall
be 3 months. However the subscriber is free to
upgrade from selected A-La-Carte pack to any Basic
Bouquet + any Add-On packs on offer. 4. If the subscriber has selected channels on A-La- Carte
basis, then such subscriber cannot combine
selected A-La-Carte pack with any Basic Bouquet
and/or Add-On. 5. The a la carte offer is available
only on prescribed payment and cannot be
subscribed in exchange to free offers/ subscribed packages (if any)
6. The subscriber can subscribe to the A-La-Carte
Channels only through website http:// www.videocond2h.com. 7. Videocon D2h reserves the right, subject to
applicable regulation, to add/drop any channel,
change/vary/modify the rates of the channels an
modify all or any of these terms and conditions.
8. The subscriber agrees to comply with the terms
and conditions and shall indemnify and hold harmless Videocon d2h and its affiliate ’ s respective agents, representatives, officers,
directors, shareholders and employees from and
against any losses, damages, claims, actions, or any
liability of any kind resulting from or arising from
subscribing to the service.
9. The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that all disputes in relation to the services or these Terms
and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. * These are additional channels/services under
Active services and are free of cost for "Pay Subscribers". Active services screens are smaller
invisibility compared to linear channels.
"Pay Subscribers" means those subscribers who
are authorised to receive signal of DTH service and
whose STB's are Active and are paying subscription
regularly.
