I raised a ticket around 2AM today for no internet. Given ETR was 2pm. Agent called around 11:30 AM and said the internet will be back in an hour. Later the ETR was updated to 7:30 PM. Tried calling agent several times but he is not responding at all. Kept changing the ETRs. Same issue happened a month ago and it was resolved after 2d days !!!!
Now, upon calling customer care, all I heard was they are working on the issue & nothing else. Also, they mentioned they CANNOT assign new agent if already assigned one is not responding or not working. Crazy !!!
