@crazysah
on twitter he has given the link where the logos are stored
its Index of /logos

These are the crap ones that the company I hired had come up with... in other words, these are the ones to beat.

I have had some submissions - one fellow is currently refining his.

some of them look pretty good. but as logos for localized brands. not something that can compare with the logos of let's say vodafone or even airtel.

The company in question still wishes for me to allow them to polish the designs: there are 1 or 2 that are "ok" but not quite there yet: which one(s) do you guys like?

Heh. Neither of these two were in consideration. The main one that we were considering is this one: http://hayai.in/logos/3/hayai-4.jpg

We want to change the cursor, though, and have it somehow show (without words) that the speed is fast: I'm thinking of changing those lines from a single colour to kind of a green-yellow-orange-red gradient and the arrow/indicator not being an ugly old-fashioned cursor.

Additionally, I myself am thinking to make the "Y" look somewhat human-like: I'm thinking a kind of ribbon device (resembling a cable, maybe golden or yellow in colour), with a small circle for a head. Then in our advertisements, we can use people in place of the "Y"... similar to how Ubuntu's logo used to be represented by people with interlocking arms, looking up at the camera on the official CD covers up until version 8.10...

Too much to ask?

oh yeah. this logo can be improved a lot. the crap merging of the Y with the Arrow has to be fixed.

^That's a nice idea. But make sure people can recognize the letter 'Y' after all.

Can you get lettering which looks like Japanese characters? It should not be too intricate because the logo should look good in large sizes and also in very small sizes (think logos pasted on usb modems, pens, stickers etc)...
