Just saw an item on the CNBC channel about Chinese investments being allowed into "sensitive" sectors (telecom etc)BSNL/Huawei was mentioned : better to allow them to bid for tenders to deter others quoting high prices... USD $ 4 billion in tenders (dunno if that was just telecom) !hehe, hope this will inject some life (speed, i mean) into govt/PSU telecom (broadband, i mean)

hehe, yep saw it about a minute before the post, during "India Business Hour" show (6am)...I believe in early to bed, early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy and senile

In todays world - the motto should read as ..."late to be bed, early to rise".......might not make you healthy and wise....but will ceratinly make you wealthy, senile and an insomniac. And how is making modems a sensitive issue for the country??
