I want the access to the web interface because I like being in control if i ever need to change something (like if i want to port forward for any server, as well as i would like to assign a static ip to my main desktop because i use cloud streaming when i'm not home stream it to my laptop) I also want to remove the "Excitel_" from the beginning of my SSID which the app does not let me do. I have no intentions of doing anything bad obviously, but I was wondering what I should say to them to get the router admin access because they will be persistent about it and tell me that they can just do it for me. But I don't want that.
