If the docs are said to be confidential then how come an RTI can be filed..?? Even then there will be a dozen problems that I need to deal with the Govt agencies..!!

Threre are many issues with this article so i'll go into them as time permits.

First off, see what the author gives as a justification for more presidential power..

The political party system has not evolved in India the way it has in UK and USA. In the foreseeable future coalitions comprising dozens of parties will continue to govern India. India needs an executive President.
This is an argument against diversity in the politcal sphere. He would prefer there be fewer parties but isn't this stifling dissent. Why tinker around with things, let them follow their natural progression. The US & UK are a few hundred years older than we are, so we will take our time to get there.

The two articles mentioned need more study as to their basis.

Then Indira's move with the 42nd amendment was to consolidate her power and protect against any challenges.

ok i read it.it is opposite.the british were desperate to preserve the commonwealth and nehru was anti communist.anyways according to the commenwealth the head of is the QUEEN!.why no news media aks that why are we still in the commenwealth.
