dunno. most books are too small and their seam is too hard to make it easy to read with just one hand. but yeah, i can imagine the problems reading on kindle lying on the bed. but from what i remember, kindle is a pretty sturdy device and it should be able to stand much abuse! i guess. i would wait to see how long this book reading streak last before i get another gadget!

heh. the humor of shiva in the book would be nicely represented by Salman Khan. i shiver at the thought of seeing SRK in that role. 
i do wonder about other characters. i do not see this happening. this series is almost as vast as Harry Potter and LOTR series in terms of characters and places.

This book is surely on my TO READ list... right now I am occupied with Stephen King's novels. Hollywood wants to make a movie based on this book. And strong rumours are that Karan Johar wants to make a Bollywood movie too. I pray that Amish doesnt give a green flag to Karan to make it into a Bollywood movie where we would see Shiva run and dance around trees to some crappy song
heh. shiva does do similar stuff in the book so i would not be amused if it ends up becoming a kj-srk collaboration.
