The (internet) green light is off on my modem

so since around 5:30pm my internet is not working, the internet light on my modem has gone off, adsl is green so I'm wondering what the problem might be? I just got the connection last week so I'm very confused.

So my internet has been going off 1-2 times a day all week. I don't know what's going on, adsl is stable but the green internet light goes off for like 20-30 mins. Anyone else having similar problem? delhi.
