The perfect broadband... does such a thing exist? (in india)

I've observed one things among ISPs in India. If they're good at one thing, they suck at another. For example:BSNL may provide 1:1 speeds on UL plans (their speeds are pretty consistent), but their latency is very high, making it bad for online gaming etc. Airtel's connections are usually low latency, but they're known to chop upload speeds on UL plans. Other ISPs may have their own respective pros and cons So I ask you all, is there such a thing as the perfect (or near perfect ) ISP in India? Who provide good bandwidth without spiking latency? (and provide good UL plans) There must be something above all others (or atleast one which is the least of all evils ) Please comment/discuss

tell me one pro of Sify Broadband. as for latency. every ISP has its own way of connecting to the international gateway. they cannot give you good latency to every server out there.
