For daily commuters like me, it will be more decided by when there is least congestion. Paying 22 bucks a day isn't a big deal for most of us but the ride should be Hassel free.

We are talking about people in a country where people line up on petrol pumps late in the day to save some money on Rs.2/litre petrol hike the next day :p

lol. not if you are already on the road :D in any case, i never had to urge to get a last moment refill ever since i moved to diesel cars :Di do find it odd that my bike can consume 800 bucks of fuel in one go. my car takes in 1800 bucks of fuel these days. when i first got it, 1500 would have filled the tank. so man. even diesel prices are not very nice these days.but then when i had my petrol swift, it uses to take 2200 bucks of petrol. i suppose today it would be more like 3000 :o

Appearing before Justice Manmohan Singh, senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi said his client has invested his "blood and sweat" to build the expressway and in case the NHAI wants it to leave, it should be allowed to go with a clean slate. Singhvi argued the project is such that returns on money invested by the company can only come in the future but if it is asked to leave it can't be expected to be responsible for past liability.

This shit is so hilarious... Hundreds of people have lost their lives on this expressway because of bad management. Millions of hours have been lost by people waiting at the toll plaza.

Ah. Just realized. The same Smart Tag would still be functional on trips to Manesar and beyond. So it's not that big of a deal. Of course, I do not really go that side much but the tag remains active so I can probably get a refund anytime in the future as well.
