I was watching it thinking it's horror and thriller. Took me 3 episodes to realize it's a comedy wtf.

It's a parody of movies where the protagonist sits in their window and observes gruesome crimes. I really enjoyed it. The finale episode is sort of a parody of Scream movies. lol
