I just found this out from CC. I wanted to temporarily disconnect my service since I won't use it for some time. CC said that it can't be done. So, I asked about the smallest plan available and the guy told me there is one plan of 349. It is not listed on the web.
If you also want to put your connection on hold, or for any other reason want a even cheaper U/L BB, call up CC at 180030007777 and polite ask if there is a small plan available.

PS: Plan is Rs.349 + tax for 600Kbps U/L for one month.
 
HI, is it available in Mumbai, Borivali, I am planning to buy one for me, and my budget is v low say Rs 500 max,
 
Well last week I called reliance and they said plan 349 has been closed. They don't advertise this plan and you can only get it with some smooth talk to customer care executive.
