This is the traceroute for my 40mbps plan - why is it showing static IP even if i never asked for it?

Airtel X (200 Static IP+40Mbps), Excitel Fiber (300Mbps), ACT Fiber (75Mbps), Jio Fiber (30Mbps)
this is the 40 Mbps line that I have, it's showing static ip in the traceroute, why is it showing so even though I have never applied for it? Any insights?

bro you serious you never applied for static IP?
 
@sloj so how do you see if you have static public ip or not?
