This is the traceroute for my 40mbps plan - why is it showing static IP even if i never asked for it?

this is the 40 Mbps line that I have, it's showing static ip in the traceroute, why is it showing so even though I have never applied for it? Any insights?

ISP doesn't give static IP address for free. As simple as that.

@eatpepsi reboot your router and check if the IP remains same or not. If same then it is static, if not then dynamic.
