Throttled Upload Speed on Google Drive

Hello Everyone, Jio is throttling upload speed to 10Mbps(on 150 Mbps Plan) in Google Drive Is there any work around?

Have any of you noticed throttled upload on whatsapp too? Like when the backups are saved to gdrive? Im not on Jio, I noticed this when I was on BSNL with tata backend and again now with smaller ISPs both having tata backend...

Yes, If the WhatsApp Backup is Encrypted then it will throttled much while uploading and downloading (seems Many ISP's are throttling encrypted backup files).

ISP can't realistically see if you are uploading an encrypting file because everything is wrapped in TLS anyway so they'll only see encrypted traffic regardless of what you are doing.

I also have that same issue with my isp has both airtel and tata as their peers not sure which one is creating a problem . Normally they use airtel for domestic routing and tata for intenational routing(high pings to international servers).
Google drive is not throttled by my isp.

ISPs Use DPI to check the transfering packet, if the system flags the packets as highly encrypted they throttle the speed.
