Prabhat road. i suggest you dont go in for it just yet, till these outage and logout problems are sorted out.

How do I get in touch with a 'nodal officer' ?
 
Update:
A guy from Reliance came over, checked everything for an hour, said that the issue is with my router (D-Link 2750U). he took it away for more testing and gave me a modem and a separate stand-by router.
Since then, (8 pm on 13th December) I havent been logged out even once on an inactive (no seeding/downloading) connection. My wifi has also been working continuously.
Fingers crossed ! :pleasantry:
 
It's a Link Sys 54G router and a separate modem. And it's working like a charm, I get logged out after 24 hours and the log in page opens immediately.
