This is the first broadband I took to Chennai Selaiyur area. It is Tikona.
The service is pathetic. I took my broadband with 4mbps speed on 31-Jul-14 and since 1-Aug-14 the broadband is not working. I say it is working but I do not know when it works. It is up to Tikona & their router mood.
Every day I call their service center where they have recruited agents in the name of technical support, who can not help you by any means and only one answer your problem will get rectify by 24 hrs, which will never ever happens.
So if you do not want to suffer then do not take Tikona.
EDIT: Problem is resolved now.
